To create this award winning mezcal inspired zero proof spirit, Cut Above used a range of natural flavors including: Cubeba pepper extract, chipotle pepper extract, Persian lime oil and then added a touch of smoke.

The first sip is smooth, and the smoke is not overwhelming but paired with citrus oil and warm vegetal notes. Roasted agave stands out mid palate with hints of ripe grapefruit and oak. The finish is slightly floral with a mild spice and richness that keeps the balanced flavors after the swallow.
